Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most of Austin
and surrounding areas. Check our
Service Area to see if we deliver to your specific area. There is an
additional $10 charge for deliveries outside of our service area.

Are reservations required?
|
|
Reservations are encouraged but not
required. Once you have a reservation just give a call the day
before the baby is scheduled to come home from the hospital.
If you do not make a reservation, it is recommended that
orders be placed at least 24 hours before stork
delivery.

When should I make a reservation? |
Reservations may be made anytime before
you baby's due date, online
or by calling us at 512-246-7270. |
When should I call to schedule a
delivery? |
You should call us at least a day before
your baby is scheduled to arrive home from the hospital. This will give us time
to professionally letter the Star Keepsake with your baby's information. Our
hours of operation are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, seven days a week. Same day
Stork rentals may be possible depending on your area, for an additional fee.

What's so special about the star
keepsake? |
The Star Keepsake (featuring your baby's
name, weight, birthdate), is appropriate for a nursery as well as a child's
room. When your child is old enough for a more "grown up" room, the Star
Keepsake will be a wonderful addition to your child's room. Keepsake stars will
be left at the front door at time of pick up. |
What forms of payment do you accept? |
Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard. A fee
applies to all returned checks. |
What if the storks leans or falls over
during the rental? |
Call us and we will come out and re-set
the stork in your yard. |
